Everything you need completed before your MirroPod™ or Haven Pod™ arrives.
✓ SITE PREPARATION
1. Choose the Pod Placement Location
✔ Clear, level ground or level set pier/pilings
✔ Accessible for truck + trailer delivery
✔ Minimum 25 ft of open space (depending on pod model)
✔ No low tree branches, fences, or structures blocking path

Pro Tip: Walk the delivery route from the road to the pad — if a truck can’t make that turn, the pod won’t either.

2. Prepare Padsite (Required)
✔ Pier System

3. Electrical Requirements (Mandatory)
✔ 50-amp service panel OR dedicated circuit (100-amp if adding amenities)
✔ Conduit run to the pad location
✔ Outdoor-rated breaker box (as needed)
✔ Final connection by a licensed electrician

4. Water Line
✔ ¾" – 1" water line run to pad
✔ Shutoff valve installed
✔ Pressure tested

5. Sewer / Septic
Choose one:

✔ Tie-in to existing septic
✔ Connection to municipal sewer
✔ Separate pod-specific mini-septic system

Line must be accessible at pod.

6. Confirm Delivery Route
✔ Road wide enough for long trailers
✔ Gate access open and clear
✔ No soft ground, mud, or steep inclines
✔ Low-hanging branches trimmed
✔ No locked gates on delivery day
✔ Space to turn around or back in
✓ LEGAL & PERMITTING
7. Check Local Requirements
✔ Notify county/city about modular placement
✔ Confirm if permit is required
✔ Confirm setback requirements
✔ HOA approval (if applicable)

8. Prepare the Arrival Area

✔ Have property owner or rep onsite

✔ Mark exact pod placement with flags or stakes
✔ Remove dogs, animals, or guests during delivery window

9. Final Utility Connections
✔ Electric hooked up
✔ Water connected
✔ Sewer connected
✔ Pod leveled and anchored (if required)
✔ Skirting installed (optional)
